Job Title: Planning & Control Project Controller
Working Pattern: Hybrid – 3 in office days a week
Working Location: Indianapolis, IN
An exciting role has opened as a Planning and Control Project Controller. You will be part of a global team of Project Controllers supporting a new global Planning and Execution view for Rig Testing across the Rolls-Royce sectors. The aim of this is to enable a broader view across the company and optimize the inputs into each of the facilities based on their capability and capacity, through internal testing requirements and future opportunities for external revenue generation. You will be a Test and Experimental Engineering (T&EE) Ambassador, advocating internal testing capabilities and work input to internal/external customers. In this role, you will travel up to 10% domestically supporting Indianapolis and Rolls-Royce West Lafyette and Purdue with some international travel to the UK as needed.

What you will be doing:
- Using PM principles, supporting Global Rig Facilities with scheduling requirements to provide a global view of all testing requirements by integrating individual plans into a Master Plan using P6 Primavera
- Ultimately provide a 5-year plan of testing activities for your facilities utilizing the SORB process
- Identifying opportunities for increased rig testing utilization through a work allocation process based on your facilities capability and capacity, including opportunities for external revenue generation
- Supporting collation of Key Performance Indicators
- Identification and effective resolution of risks, hazards and scheduling clashes within the Planning and Execution remit Building and maintaining good and effective working relationships with the global rig

- Planning and Control experience within processes and scheduling management
- Demonstrate on-time delivery of project and program deliverables
- Build and manage effective working relationships with internal and external
- stakeholders
- Experience of managing multiple project deliverables at any one time, resulting in on-time delivery, risk management and prioritization where necessary
- Experience of the SORB or Finance processes would also be advantageous however is not essential
- Integrating individual facility plans from their individual scheduling model into P6 Primavera, ensuring that the level of detail is suitable or managing the plans schedule as well as risk factors for on-time testing delivery
- Building a 5-year plan view in line with the SORB to understand Load and Capacity within each facility, where possible
- Supporting each facility with opportunities for internal testing capacity or external revenue generation, through a defined work input and allocation process
- Maintaining an accurate L1 plan within P6 Primavera with the appropriate amount of detail, derived from each facility L0 plans using Project Management principles and defined processes
- Supporting the SORB process with longer term work allocation knowledge from the work allocation process and historical input requirements from the relevant projects and stakeholders
- Analyzing the facility plans to understand the available capacity and whether this can be utilized through internal and external advertisement based on the facilities capability
- Supporting collation of appropriate KPI data relevant to the function to understand the productivity and efficiency of each rig facility

Basic Requirements:
- Associate degree with 3+ years of testing or planning experience, OR
- Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of testing or planning experience, OR
- Master’s degree, OR
- JD/PhD, OR
- 5+ years of testing or planning experience in lieu of a degree
- In order to be eligible for consideration, you must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S Permanent Resident
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience using P6 Primavera is advantageous but training will be provided
